• Working as a touch point day cleaner for NSW Schools in your local area

Ventia require day cleaning staff who are willing to go the extra mile to provide a clean and safe environment for our children, teachers, and communities within the following regions:

Central Coast - Woy Woy, Gosford, Terrigal, Erina, Narara, Wyoming, Lisarow, Wyong, Northlakes, Doyalson and Gorokan.

Lake Macquarie - Warners Bay, Valentine, Toronto, Morisset, and Wangi Wangi.

Newcastle - Adamstown, Edgeworth, Hamilton, Jesmond, Kotara, Lambton, Mayfield, Charlestown, and Tighes Hill.

Port Stephens - Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Salamander Bay, Tomaree, and Corlette.

Maitland - Morpeth, Clarence Town, Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Maitland, Milbrodale, Paterson, Rutherford; and

Upper Hunter - Denman, Muswellbrook, Broke, Jerry's Plains, Scone, and Singleton.

Please note we require you to have 5 days availability across Monday to Friday.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the Cleaning Supervisor, you will provide high quality touch point Cleaning Services to NSW Public Schools. The suitable applicant must be able to pass a National Police Check, Pre-Employment Medical (including drug & alcohol testing), and obtain a paid Working with Children Check, prior to commencement.

Key Duties:

• Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles, bathrooms etc)

Skills & Experience:

• Good communication and time management skills
• An eye for detail and proactive approach
• The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• No experience necessary
